Growing up with severe food allergies and intolerances was not easy. As a mom, watching her kids face the same struggles deepened Eme's understanding of how isolating it can feel when there is not a single safe dish at a party or gathering.
It was never just about food. It was about inclusion, belonging, and being able to participate fully in life's sweetest moments.
Eme's mission is to redefine indulgence with desserts that are luxurious and safe for people with food sensitivities.
Each dessert is handcrafted with gluten-free flours, natural sweeteners like honey, coconut sugar, and monk fruit, plus sustainable ingredients.

Every bite melts in your mouth. My two favorite treats are the peach cobbler and the chocolate chip cookies. The peach cobbler is pure perfection with its warm, fruity goodness, and the chocolate chip cookies are crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and downright irresistible. What truly sets Eme apart is that she pours her heart into everything she bakes, and it shows in every delicious creation. On top of that, Eme is super sweet and responds incredibly fast. Amazing treats and amazing service - highly recommend!
As someone who is very conscious about what I consume, especially sweets, I initially planned to only take a small taste. However, I couldn't help going back for more. What really impressed me was the quality of the ingredients. Every treat tasted wonderful, and I didn't notice any negative impact on my body. If you're looking for delicious desserts made with high-quality ingredients, I highly recommend Eme's Baked Goods. Their desserts were delicious, thoughtfully made, and a definite hit at our event.
